With the development of aerospace, industry, microelectronics industry, modern and bioengineering technology, the demand for / detailed mechanical parts (feature size in the micron to millimeter level) is increasingly urgent. The specificity of its structure and shape, the diversity of part materials, size and surface quality of the accuracy of the good to become a highly detailed mechanical parts and their micro devices and equipment, the use of functionality, material properties, structural shape, sex and other aspects of the requirements are also increasingly high.
With the rapid development of modern detailed machining, the rapid development of detailed machining technology, slowly emerged a lot of detailed machining technology methods, such as micro-detailed machining technology, fast molding technology, ultra-machining technology.
Inserting heat treatment at the appropriate time in the process of meticulous mechanical processing can make the cold and hot processes work well together and avoid deformation brought about by heat treatment. The arrangement of heat treatment, according to the purpose of heat treatment, generally can be divided into:
1、The purpose of preparatory heat treatment is to remove the internal stresses generated during the manufacturing process of blanks, improve the cutting performance of metal materials, and prepare for the later heat treatment. Belong to the preparatory heat treatment of tempering, annealing, normalizing, etc., generally arranged in the roughing before, after. Arranged before rough machining, can improve the cutting performance of the material; arranged after rough machining, is conducive to the removal of residual internal stresses。
2、Heat treatment should generally be arranged in roughing, semi-finishing after finishing before and after finishing. Deformation of the heat treatment, such as carburizing quenching, tempering, etc., should be arranged in the finishing process before the deformation in order to correct the heat treatment in the finishing process; deformation of the heat treatment of small, such as nitriding, etc., can be arranged after finishing process。
