The casting has a wide range of adaptability, and is not limited by the size, thickness and shape complexity of the casting, and the production mode is convenient. Investment casting has high dimensional accuracy and surface finish, which can reduce the workload of machining. It is possible to cast superalloy castings, such as the blades of jet engines, streamlined contours and cooling chambers, which are difficult to form by machining techniques. The casting has the corresponding dimensional accuracy, the machining allowance is small, and the processing time and metal materials are saved.
The industrial requirements of meticulous machining are as follows:
